Considering the fact that election process has reached a stage where, what is left is only voting on 10.07.2025; I am not inclined to entertain the petition, particularly when efficacious remedy under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, is available to the petitioner. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by keeping open all the points.
