There is absolutely no reason why indulgence should be shown.

The learned counsel did not appear before this court on 14.06.2018. The interim order was vacated. Again, the learned counsel was absent on 28.06.2018 and this court was constrained to dismiss the revision for want of prosecution.

The application seeking restoration is sworn by the applicant. The applicant is not expected to have any personal knowledge why his counsel could not appear before this court on the dates in question. The application is dismissed. Liberty is granted to move an appropriate application supported by the affidavit of the counsel. JUDGE NSN
