Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner holds Engineering Degree, said degree should be considered be a degree obtained in science subject and therefore, the petitioner should be declared to be an eligible for applying for his appointment to the post of Chief Administrative Officer as per the Advertisement No. 104/2021. There is a difference in engineering course and course in science subject and, therefore, the contention cannot be accepted. Besides, there is no declaration from the competent University that the degree in engineering should be treated to be
