The learned counsel Ms. Sunita Kulkarni is seeking withdrawal of the application.

Vide order dated 23.12.2020 this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) granted interim protection. 3.

When asked the reason for the prayer to withdraw the application, the learned counsel fairly stated that the earlier application was rejected on merits. My attention is drawn to order dated 10.12.2020 in Criminal Application (ABA) 683/2020. It is fairly stated that this fact is not disclosed in the application. 4.

Since the earlier application is decided on merits, and is rejected, the present application is disposed of as not pressed.
