(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant and his counsel are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute out of the Court. The appellant has filed Pursis for withdrawal of this appeal unconditionally. The appellant has made a statement that he has deposited the entire claim amount as settled out of the Court with interest. In view of such fact, the first appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The claimants are entitled to withdraw the entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued thereupon.
