Heard.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 148 of 2018 registered with Police Station Jalalkheda for offences punishable under section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
By order dated 23.7.2018, the co-accused, who had executed the saledeed in favour of the present applicant, are granted anticipatory bail. The grant of anticipatory bail to the sellers is predicated on the basis of an affidavit filed by the sellers that the land sold is from land which has fallen to their share and that no part or portion of the land belonging to the complainant is covered by the saledeed. Since the affidavit of the sellers is accepted and they are granted bail, this application shall have to be allowed.
The application is allowed.
In the event of arrest in Crime 148 of 2018 registered with the Police Station, Jalalkheda, District
aba497of18.odt 2 Nagpur, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.
The applicant shall attend Police Station Jalalkheda, District Nagpur as and when required by the Investigating officer and shall cooperate in investigation. The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall he directly or indirectly attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
