The learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record communication dated 13.1.2015 issued by respondent no.1 by observing that suspension and initiation of departmental enquiry is without jurisdiction since they are not at Schedule I of the Trust.

In view of this, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 submits that they will take steps accordingly. It is also made clear that in view of the above communication itself, so far as bills of salary from January are concerned, to be raised as early as possible and preferably within two weeks.

Respondent no. 1 to take steps as early as possible within four weeks from the receipt of communication from respondent nos. 2 & 3.

The petition is disposed of accordingly with
