The appeal is already decided on 12.07.2017. The amount of compensation of Rs.35,76,502/- is already deposited before this Court. Out of that amount, amount of Rs.11,92,167/- is already withdrawn by appellant nos. 1 and 2 each with interest.

Balance amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, if any, be given to the applicant/respondent no. 5 (Petitioner no. 3 in claim petition) as per the judgment of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
