Learned counsel Shri J.B. Kasat for the applicant-appellant, at the outset, submits that in Civil Application (CAF) Stamp No.20412 of 2015 this Court, by order dated 29.3.2016, granted interim stay subject to appellant's depositing the entire decreetal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. Learned counsel submits that due to administrative difficulties, the amount could not be deposited within the stipulated period. Learned counsel further submits that since the amount has made available after consultation with the superior authorities now, he may be permitted to .....2/-

deposit that amount. He prays for restoration of the stay application.

Perused order of this Court dated 29.3.2016. In view of the fact that the applicantappellant is ready to deposit the amount as per order dated 29.3.2016, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) of the civil application.

The applicant-appellant to deposit the amount in this Court by 16.8.2016. Office to accept the amount if it is deposited by 16.8.2016.

Upon appellant's depositing the amount by 16.8.2016, there shall be stay to the judgment and order of the Reference Court.
