Shri C.A. Joshi, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3, who are the plaintiffs in Regular civil Suit No.152/2020, makes a statement, on instructions, that the plaintiffs shall delete the defendant nos.1 and 2 from the array of defendants as well as prayer Clause (1) in the plaint in Regular Civil Suit No.152/2020.

Statement is accepted.

Appropriate applications be moved before the learned Trial Court, within a period of one week from today, whereupon the learned Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders, in view of the above statement.

Shri O.Y. Kashid, learned Counsel for the petitioners - original defendant nos.3 to 5 submits, that in view of the aforesaid deletion, the purpose of the present petition is served and the same be accordingly disposed of. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the statement made by Shri C.A. Joshi, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3. There shall be no order as to costs.
