The only prayer made in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the Collector, Buldhana to decide the complaint made by the petitioner dated 16.04.2018 in the matter of forfeiture of land based on mutation entries.

Considering the nature of relief sought in the writ petition is disposed of by passing the following order :

ORDER

The respondent no.3 shall within a period of eight weeks from production of the copy of this order take a decision on the complaint dated 16.04.2018 that has been made by the petitioner. Such decision be taken on its own merits in accordance with law. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.

All other points on merits are kept open.
