This is an application filed by the applicant for condonation of delay for bringing legal heirs on record and setting aside abatement. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that the delay of 1385 days for bringing legal heirs on record deserves to be condoned. Hence, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur. The application stands disposed of.

CAO NO.1189/2018 This is an application filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.1 on record, who expired on 4.5.2013. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. The application stands disposed of.
