Dhore, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, that the grievance in the Contempt Petition is with regard to non-compliance of the directions issued by the School Tribunal in Appeal No. STC-28 of 2003. He submits that this judgment was challenged in Writ Petition No. 5347 of 2015. By order dated 2nd February, 2017, said judgment has been set aside and the appeal has been remanded for fresh consideration.

In view of aforesaid nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. The same is disposed of.
