DATED : 16/09/2022 After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He further prays for direction to expedite the trial and liberty to move a fresh, in case there is no progress in trial in near future even after expediting the trial. Permission to withdraw the present application is granted.

The trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. Liberty is granted to the applicant that, in case, there is no substantive progress in trial in next one year, he may file a fresh application for grant of bail before the learned trial Court.
