Ms Bhagyasri Reddy, Advocate for Respondents. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : FEBRUARY 12, 2018.

Heard.

The petitioner has filed complaint before the Labour Court and in that complaint an application under Section 30(2) of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 was filed, praying for interim relief. This application was dismissed by the Labour Court by order dated 5th January, 2017. Against this order the petitioner /employee had filed revision before the Industrial Court. This revision is dismissed by the impugned order.

After going through the impugned orders, I find that the subordinate Courts have considered all the relevant aspects. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
