As regards the claim of apportionment is concerned, this Court has already fixed the time limit for depositing the amount of compensation.

We are informed that the amount has yet not been deposited. In such an eventuality, the petitioners/claimants have appropriate remedy. 4.

That being so, the application stands partly allowed in aforesaid terms reserving the remedy as observed herein above. 5.
