Applicants/respondents Nos. 1.1 to 1.5 have filed this application for speaking to minutes to correct the figure/amount mentioned in the order dated 11/12/2024 as "2,04,13,914/-" instead of "2,14,88,966/"-.

Perused the record. It appears that the applicants in Application No. 1983/2022 have stated that the appellant had deposited an amount of Rs. 2,14,88,966/- in this Court. Based on this statement, this Court passed an order on 11/12/2024 permitting them to withdraw 50% of the said amount. By this application, applicants have sought correction of the said figure/amount, as the Registry raised objections at the time of withdrawal of the said amount.

Having gone through the record, it seems that on 14/12/2021, the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,04,13,914/- in this Court. However, inadvertently, in the application No. 1983/2022 and order thereon, the said amount was incorrectly recorded. Having considered this, it would be proper to correct the figure/amount stated in the application. Hence, the order dated 11/12/2024 to the extent of deposit of the amount, i.e. "2,14,88,966/-", be corrected as "2,04,13,914/-".

The corrected order shall be uploaded.
