Learned counsel for respondents submit that in the present appeal, cross objection was filed and it was also admitted. However, at the time of final hearing of appeal, record and proceeding of cross objection was not traceable, as a result, appeal came to be dismissed on merits on 26/08/2016. However, cross objection is yet pending. Hence, he has filed this application for early hearing of cross objection.

Learned AGP has no objection to grant early hearing.

Accordingly, cross objection is fixed for hearing on 07/08/2017.
