ATED : 14th February, 2020 By this Application, Mr.C.A. Joshi, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks discharge from the matter on the ground that the applicant has failed to contact him despite repeated telephonic calls and issuance of notice to him.

Mr C.A. Joshi, Advocate is discharged from the case. The Criminal Application is allowed in terms of its prayer. Issue bailable warrant against the applicant, in the sum of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand), returnable on 2nd March,2020.
