MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION (STAMP) NO. 14242 OF The applicant-petitioner moved this application to restore the original petition, which was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections within the stipulated time. 2.

The applicant-petitioner undertakes to remove the office objections by 20-01-2025. Once the office objections are removed, the petition be restored to its original file.
