Vide order dated 03.12.2021 this Court rejected the objection of the non-applicants to appointment of Arbitrator and proposed to appoint Mr. M. P. Kukday - Retired District Judge as the Arbitrator.

The proposed arbitrator has forwarded his consent and disclosure statement.

Mr. M. P. Kukday, Retired District Judge is appointed as the Arbitrator.

The charges for issuance of the writ of appointment shall be borne in equal measure by the

The registry shall issue the writ of appointment within a week from deposit of the charges.
