DATE : September 05, 2017 By this application it is prayed that on account of death of the sole respondent and she being not survived by any legal heir, procedure as contemplated by provisions of Order XXII Rule 4A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 be adopted. On 11/07/2017 a public notice was directed to be published in a daily newspaper. Accordingly such notice has been published in daily 'Navbharat'. There is no response from any interested person to the said notice. Hence in the facts of the case, learned Government Pleader is appointed as a person to represent the estate of the deceased respondent. The cause title of the appeal be accordingly amended.

Ms Prabhu, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of the respondent. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Civil application is disposed of. JUDGE Asmita
