DATED : 17.07.2025 Applicant/appellant has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent No.2 in this Court, for which learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 has given no objection, as the appeal was allowed by the judgment and order dated 15/04/2024.

Considering the above facts and no objection of respondent No.2, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount lying in this Court, along with accrued interest thereon.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant within four weeks on his furnishing bank account details to the Registry.
