The appellant has deposited amount of compensation of Rs.62,04,006/- before this Court. The application is strongly opposed by Shri Anthony, learned Counsel for the appellant.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the applicant/respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation deposited before this Court after furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
