Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is brought to our notice that the impugned order dated 03.06.2025 is issued without complying with the principles of natural justice and no opportunity of hearing was ever extended to the petitioner herein before issuance of the impugned order. Therefore, in our considered view, the order is liable to be quashed and set aside.

Accordingly, we hereby quash and set aside the impugned order dated 03.06.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 with a direction to the concerned authority to hear the petitioner before passing any order.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.2 on 14.07.2025. The respondent is directed to pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.
Needless to say that the order shall be in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governed under the law.

The writ petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
