DATE : 27.1.2015 As the registration of the first appeal was refused by the learned Registrar (J.) for non-removal of office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 30 th July, 2014 is set aside and the first appeal is restored. However, this is on condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections till 13 th February, 2015. In addition, the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with
