By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the interim relief granted by this Court in Writ Petition No. 614/2017 on 22/2/2017 and seeks vacation thereof. The petitioner has filed an application for intervention in Writ Petition No.614/2017 and the petitioner can pursue the said application in the said writ petition. Since the petitioner has only challenged that interim order passed in Writ Petition No.614/2017 and has also filed an application for intervention in the said Writ Petition, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition, more so when an order dismissing the petitioner from

service is passed by the respondents and the said is challenged by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1066/2018. Hence, by keeping the points raised in the Writ Petition open, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
