As the petitioner is still working at same place, without going into the merits of the controversy, we grant the petitioner leave to make appropriate representation. If such a representation is made within one week, the respondents shall consider it within a further period of three weeks.

With these directions and with liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if cause of action survives thereafter, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
