After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant considering the fact that a very tender age girl was subjected for the sexual assault.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after six months.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
