The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since respondent 2 - Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur has forwarded proposal dated 24.01.2023 to respondent 5 - Senior Account Officer, Office of Accountant General (A & E), Maharashtra-2, Civil Lines, Nagpur, the petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent 5 to decide the said proposal and pass appropriate orders in a time bound manner.

We dispose of the petition by directing respondent 5 to decide the proposal submitted by respondent 2 within the next four weeks.
