2] This is an application for extention of time to deposit the amount, which this Court had directed the applicants to deposit while releasing them on bail vide order dated 13/12/2019 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 1016/2019.

3] Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the amount has already been deposited and thus, the application has become infructuous.
