Date : 9 th October, 2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event if the petition is dismissed, the petitioner is bound to pay the amount of interest at the rate of 18% per annum till the entire amount is paid and he shall not claim any deduction in the rate of interest. In view of this, the petitioner has incurred the risk and, therefore, the civil application filed by the applicant/respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioner is dismissed.
