The applicant/respondent No.1 has moved this application to permit him to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection to the withdrawal of 50% compensation amount.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the application, as well as the no objection, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, along with accrued interest thereon, on the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 50% of the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest, into the applicant's bank account within four weeks upon furnishing the undertaking and bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.
