Shri D.P. Thakare, Addl.GP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2/State. Shri Mohagaonkar, Advocate for respondent no. 3. CORAM : SUNIL B. SHUKRE AND AVINASH G. GHAROTE, JJ.

DATE : 05/01/2021.

Heard Shri A.A. Dhawas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri D.P. Thakare, Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Mohogaonkar, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

The present petition challenges the order dated 06/11/2020, which is based upon an interim order dated 25/09/2020 passed in the Writ Petition (St.)No.9004/2020 in which the present petitioner is respondent no.5. The cause of action for the present petition is, apparently, the interim order passed by this Court on 25/09/2020 in Writ Petition (St.) No.9004/2020. No error could be found in that order. As the same is still in force, any action pursuant to the said order should have been only to challenge the said interim order. The petitioner has not taken any steps for getting the interim order dated 25/09/2020 in Writ Petition (St.) No.9004/2020 vacated till date. In light of that, the present petition is clearly not maintainable and the same is rejected.
