This is an application for condonation of 40 days delay caused in filing the Appeal, which is being filed against the judgment and decree dated 03/04/2019 passed by the Family Court No.4, Nagpur in Petition No. A-1006/2015.

Shri Dafle, learned counsel for the respondent/ wife, opposed the application for want of sufficient reasons.

We have perused the contents in the application. The reasons for causing the aforesaid delay in filing the Appeal are mentioned in para 2 and 3 of the application.

On due consideration, we are satisfied that the aforesaid delay caused in filing the Appeal is satisfactorily explained.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Delay of 40 days caused in filing the Appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.
