SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 Shri Abhijit Deshpande, learned Counsel, who used to appear for the petitioner, sought withdrawal of Vakalatnama on the ground of lack of cooperation from the petitioner. The Registrar (Judicial), vide order dated 23/3/2016, allowed the request.

2] On 10/1/2022, the following order was passed :

"Despite service of notice to the petitioner to engage a new counsel, the petitioner has not taken any steps.

2] By way of last chance, stand over after four weeks."

3] Despite last chance given, none appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.

4] The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.

JUDGE Sumit
