These are the applications for condonation of delay in filing application for setting aside abatement and application for setting aside abatement, respectively. 3.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for the sole respondent does not have any objection if both the applications are allowed.

For the reasons stated in the applications, Civil Application No.705 and Civil Application No. 704 are allowed and thereby delay of 10 days caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives of deceased sole appellant on record is condoned and further the applicants are permitted to substitute their names in place of deceased appellant
