Heard both the sides.

Though the Trial Court has not granted specific performance, First Appellate Court has granted it. The original defendants want to challenge the said judgment. However, there is a delay of 13 days. It is opposed on behalf of the respondents. The delay is properly explained. The reason is sufficient. In view of that, delay of 13 days caused in preferring second appeal is condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.

Second Appeal Stamp No.14789/2019 Matter be kept in the 1st week of August, 2021 for hearing on the point of admission.
