The appeal bearing No.645/2009 is already dismissed. The respondent No.2 is the sister of deceased namely, Prakash Shrawan Raut. The respondent No.2 is the legal heir of the respondent No.1 and she is already on record. Now respondent No.2 is married and her name is changed as Jyoti w/o Sachin Nehare.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the share of the respondent No.1 be disbursed to respondent No.2 on her name after
