Ms. Shamsi Haider, APP for Respondent/State CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.

DATE : 05/01/2022 Heard Ms. Hiwase, learned counsel for the applicant.

This court by an order dated 25.6.2020 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 484/2020 had declined to entertain a bail application at the behest of the applicant, in view of which the same was withdrawn. There are no change of circumstances from 25.6.2020 till now, except that the trial is yet to be completed, which was initially directed to be decided within the period of six months. The said plea was also available while passing the order dated 25.6.2020 and merely because the trial is pending, the conclusion of which is delayed because of the Covid pandemic, that by itself cannot be a ground to release the applicant on bail, considering which I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The same is accordingly dismissed.
