The pleadings in the Petition are totally inadequate. The basic facts are not pleaded such as: when the Petitioner obtained the loan; what was the quantum; how much amount has been repaid and what is the action taken by the Respondents.

Faced with this position, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition pleading all the necessary particulars. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
