DATED : 21-07-2017 Learned Advocate Shri R.S. Parsodkar for the petitioners and learned Advocate Shri A.A. Naik for respondent Nos.3 and 4 have jointly tendered compromise petition. It is signed by all the petitioners and also on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4. Learned Advocate Shri R.S. Parsodkar submits that some of the petitioners are present, however, he identifies signatures of all the petitioners. Learned Advocate Shri A.A. Naik also identifies signatures of the Secretary and Principal. They also submit that respondent No.5/University or respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not concerned with compromise as demand of petitioners towards arrears of 6th Pay Commission has been amicably settled. Accordingly, we accept the compromise petition on record as Exhibit "X". In terms of Exhibit "X", we
