This Public Interest Litigation is filed by the Petitioners making a grievance as regards financial irregularities committed by of Respondent Nos.5,6 and 7. It appears that the Petitioners have made a representation to the Deputy Chief Officer of the Zilla Parishad.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5,6 and 7 state that there are no such irregularities and it is only out of personal rivalry the PIL is filed.

We are not inclined to enter into the merits of the allegations. If a representation is made to the statutory authority, the statutory authority will proceed further as per law, as is done in case of any representation submitted to it.

Without anything more on the subject, we dispose of this Petition.
