Since the trial has commenced and three witnesses are examined the learned counsel Shri Karmarkar, seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, he submits that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

2] The application is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.

3] However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months, failing which the applicant shall be entitled to approach the learned Sessions Judge for bail on the ground of undue delay in conclusion of the trial.
