DATED : 17.07.2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAO) NO. 765 OF 2025 Applicant/appellant has filed this application to permit him to replace annexure 'A', i.e. MoU dated 11/06/2018, by placing MoU dated 07/09/2018 on record. Inadvertently, he filed the MOU dated 11/06/2018 along with the application instead of the MOU dated 07/09/2018, for which the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objections. Upon perusal of the prayer clause, it appears that the applicant is relying on the MOU dated 07/09/2018; therefore, I found substance in his contention in that regard. In view of the same and no objection of the learned Counsel for the respondents, the application is allowed.

Applicant is permitted to replace the annexure 'A', i.e. the MOU dated 11/06/2018, with the MOU dated 07/09/2018, and to carry out necessary corrections in the application accordingly. 3.

The applicant is directed to supply a copy of the amended application along with the annexure to the respondents within two weeks.
