The Petitioner on oath has asserted in Paragraph No.9 of the Petition as under:

"9.

That, the respondent no.1 had issued notice dated 28.08.2019 to the petitioners calling upon them to personally remain present for hearing on 06.09.2019. The petitioner no.2 was personally present on 06.09.2019 for hearing. Respondent No.1 had conducted detailed hearing in the matter. The petitioner nd.thawre

938-wp-1045-2021.odt No.2 also submitted his written arguments to the respondent No.1 during the course of hearing. Copy of the notice dated 28.08.2019 issued to the petitioners & written arguments submitted by Petitioner No.2 are annexed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE- I 7 J respectively."

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of the above, no final order is yet issued. Since, it is stated that hearing is completed in September 2019, the final decision ought to have been given by now. Be that as it may, the Respondent No.l will issue a final decision within a period of eight weeks from the date the order reaches to the Respondent No.1.

We make it clear that we have not commented upon the merits of the case and the final decision be taken as per law. 4.
