DATED : 10-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for permitting him to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection to the withdrawal of 75% of the amount out of the said compensation amount.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the no objection of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount from the total amount upon furnishing the usual undertaking. 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, to the bank account of the applicant upon his furnishing an undertaking, as well as his bank account details, to the registry.

The learned Counsel for the appellant wants to file pursis about compliance with the order dated 07-10-2023. 2.
