The limited prayer is that the students who have appeared pursuant to the order passed by this Court, and who have failed may be permitted to appear for the supplementary examination.

Learned counsel for the Board Mr. Sudame states that his instructions are that the Board has no objection, if the students are permitted to appear for the supplementary examination of the ANM First Year, which is scheduled from 8th August and 22nd August, 2023.
