Pursuant to the order dated 12/09/2022, the Education Officer (Secondary) has heard the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.3 to 6. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on 26/05/2023 the Education Officer (Secondary) has directed deletion of the name of respondent No.5 from Shalartha Pranali and inclusion of the name of the petitioner therein. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing of writ petition is served. It is accordingly disposed of by directing the parties to act in accordance with the communication dated 26/05/2023. No costs.

Insofar as Writ Petition No.44/2022 is concerned, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-payment of his regular salary from 20/10/2019 onwards.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.4-Management submits that in view of the order dated 26/05/2023 that has now been passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), the petitioner would be entitled to receive salary since Shalarth ID has now been issued to the petitioner.

Accordingly it is directed that the respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the petitioner receives outstanding salary from 20/10/2019 preferably within a period of six weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
