DATED : 09-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit her to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the 65% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on the usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar. 2.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 65% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing the usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J). 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount into the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.1, upon her furnishing the bank account details to the registry. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

2 15-caf2397.25.odt Civil Application No. 2842/2023 The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal, for which the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 57 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered.
